Good location and very clean and new facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly even with teething problems of this being a very newly opened hotel. Sensor lights next to the beds were a bit annoying as they kept going off even just moving the sheets or reaching for bed side table. Design and decor was a bit dark and weird but that’s more personal preference! Could also be better signage to rooms and lifts. Overall enjoyed our stay!

The room was spotless. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. This place opened only two days before we arrived. So there were a very quirks to be ironed out in our room. We informed the front deck and for the inconvenience the gave us a complimentary breakfast. This is a very nice hotel, newly renovated in a contemporary style.

We stayed at the Radisson for two nights. It has been open for just a couple of weeks and so is in very good order. The only (very small) problem was a lack of microwave but perhaps that is the trend in newer downtown located hotels? Our room was on the 7th floor facing Queens Street and we were awakened by construction noise from the street below, it started at 7am but we are early risers so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience so if you like to sleep a later ask for a room on the other side. All in all a good experience.

New hotel with "growing pains". Chromecast did not work (and after requesting 3 times for help) the "fix" was to move to another room. Wet towels were folded and put with the clean towels by housekeeping. Multiple plugs around the room did not work. The ac blew directly on one side of the bed and was either hot or cold. The location was close to the art gallery and walkable to the pier.
