It was very noisy - people (sounding drunk) running up and down the corridor outside our room, banging on doors, and people in the their cars, in the car park talking and laughing loudly. It sounded as though they were having a party. The hotel wasn’t staffed over night so there was no one to ask to sort it out.

We have stayed at this property many times. Parking is great, and it is close to shopping centres, although we do use ou own vehicle. The porperty has everything we need, comfortable bed and is tidy and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great, and a good way to start the day. Recommend for anyone who has their own transport available.

Staff are really unfriendly. They never greet you or welcome you. There was no dish washing tablet or soap in the room. There was no washing machine detergent available. As it is a hotel, reception staff never smiles, greets or welcomes guest as I stayed here many times. I stay here because of nearby convenience.

Clean room, comfy bed, room was smaller than I booked last time, and it was cramped between the bed and the wall. Breakfast food was good, but the loud radio was sometimes very irritating. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Room smelt funny and VERY noisy!!! Also mouldy cabinet food in the restaurant, had to wait 20 minutes at check in - busy time but no extra staff on! Silly things but could be easily fixed!

Although most of the staff have been helpful some staff come across as they don’t want to be there and are very unwilling to help not very friendly which dampens the mood when you need them for certain things. The location on the main road is odd and can be noisy in the weekends with partygoers and car racers but overall not bad. The kitchen is very small and all the taps water pressure is odd sprays everywhere. But still a nice place for a stay
