Good location. Clean. In room laundry was a bonus but bring your own coffee press unless you like instant. Just a short walk for groceries and many restaurant/cafe/pub eateries. We would stay here again.

Room was good but disappointed that the front desk was only open from 8AM to 7PM. This sounds like the hours of a mom and pop hotel, not a Ramada. Plus, the check-in was quite confusing even with a person at the desk. The parking situation was even more confusing. We left for dinner when there was no one at the desk and got stuck for a while trying to get out of the parking garage. It did not automatically open. My wife got out of the car and finally pressed some buttons on the switchboxes on the wall and it finally opened. It did work properly the next morning when we left. I think overall instructions on how things work there should be better explained or at least have a person available at the desk.

The staff were great, the hotel was quiet and the location is good. The bathroom in the room has been updated and looks good but the bed wasn't great. The lobby needs refurbishing.

I stayed at Ramada for three nights and really liked the apartment. Great location near the SkyTower with lots of great bars, restaurants & takeaways close by. My suite on the 6th floor had great views across the harbour from the balcony. I liked the additional security ie you can only lift to the floor you are on. Bus stops within 80m. Excellent choice. I would certainly stay again.

Very clean, nice view overall, the beds were very comfortable. Park was difficult in the small spaces in an underground garage but I eventually got into/out of my spot. When leaving the light wouldn't turn green for me to pull out of the garage and then the door wouldn't open. Thankfully someone who lives in the building used their key for me to leave.
