A private long driveway winds up the hill to take you to a beautiful home nestled into the side of the hill, with panoramic views of the Firth Harbour and across to the Coromandel Ranges. This property has plenty of secure parking for vehicles, boats or recreational vehicles. A short wander down the driveway puts you on the water's edge and access to the beaches for whichever water recreation is your choice or simply relaxing in this beautiful, sheltered spot. The Waharau National Park is located right next door, with walking tracks ranging from 30 minutes to 3.5 hours, filled with bird song and wildlife. The very popular Bayview Hotel is only a short drive away with its popular garden bar, well reviewed restaurant and regular live events. Kaiaua area has public boat ramp facilities, with easy access to the mussel farm for fishing, parks and playgrounds.the house does have 4 security cameras on the outside 4 corners of the house which are clearly visible these cameras can be turned off upon arrival if requested
