This secluded home is down a private driveway surrounded by trees and boundary walls, this well equipped home has excellent privacy with indoor outdoor flow. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, large double kitchen adjoining an open plan lounge and dining plus an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ and outdoor dining area.
Public tennis courts(free)next door & a large playing field.
Convenient attractions close by include beaches, shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, parks, childrens playgrounds, Auckland Museum, Kelly Tarlton's, mini golf, public swimming pools, scenic walks & bicycle lanes, movie theatres, Auckland Art gallery, Auckland City Centre and more
A spacious beautifully appointed efficiently equiped home with many amenities in very close walking distance including the waterfront. All bedrooms have queen size beds dressed in high quality linen with pillows, wardrobes, dressers, side tables and lamps. All bedrooms have blackout curtains for those restful hours and lie-ins as well as a gift tray in each bedroom with some necessary personal use amenities.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash for your use plus a hairdryer, hair straighteners & toilet paper.
The kitchen is very well equiped as well as being stocked with tea, green tea, plunger & instant coffee, herb tea, sugar. sweetener, milk, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper & and few other condiments for cooking.
There is a full selection of games, toys & children’s books for the wee members of the family.
Furry friends are most welcome and the home is fully secure for their outdoor enjoyment.
The outdoor area has both decking and lawn as well as a lovely manicured garden. The eating area in the garden seats 6.

A beautiful house with a great host. The kitchen was large with everything we needed to host family Christmas. The rooms were lovely and comfy. We were a bit worried about disturbing the host in the downstairs flat but that wasn’t an issue. Thanks so much for having us Georgia.

The house is equipped for everything and the host was on hand when we arrived.Access is difficult off a very busy road and a narrow driveway. Our host suggested parking at the neighboring school car park and using the garden gate. This was a very good suggestion and saved a lot of stress asxwe had three vehicles. We used the garage for turning the cars around when on the property.
