Our overall impression once we went inside was good. The property was clean and had all the amenities including a washing machine and tumble dryer. It had obviously been updated but on a budget. The property was on the edge of an industrial estate and our first impression of the outside was daunting to say the least. Albeit it served a purpose. What made it was a nice pub called The Wade in walking distance which served very good food,
