With a double bed pullout sofa downstairs (suitable for one adult or two small kids), a child bed pullout upstairs (in addition to the master queen-sized bed), the villa can sleep parents and up to three small kids in a pinch. Note: the double pullout sofa is best suited for kids or young teens and the single bed pullout is best for small kids.
