The Soho is a good hotel - but for a luxury status, a few things are needed: Room carpet should be vacuumed, There is no lock latch on the door for extra security as a lone female travelling, no option for window privacy other than full blackout blinds. The gym is dark and windowless and could use matts and towels. The coffee shop across the lobby was permanently closed? Otherwise the hotel was good.
