Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

Spacious apartment with tremendous harbor view

Stayed four nights in June 2025. Location is on the harbor within walking distance of many restaurants. Great view of the harbor from the apartment. Accommodations were clean, modern, and had all necessary amenities. Only drawback was live music coming from Harbour area, which lasted past 2 AM.

Amazing views and location. Rental had heat and A/C, lots of hot water and very conformable beds. 2nd bedroom had no windows, and was very small (room for bed, desk and chair only) so kept the door open due to claustrophobia and ventilation. Other than that, all good!

Pre Cruise visit in Auckland

We enjoyed our visit and the apartment was perfect for two couples. We had all the amenities that we needed for our visit. The location was wonderful, able to leave back door of complex and minutes away from restaurants and ferries. Our only difficulty was arriving early morning and no where to store our baggage, I know that has nothing to do with the apartment owner. We were provided with luggage hotels and due to their closing times we finally found a self service one. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent property with great marina views. Easy access to all viaduct areas and eateries. Parking at downtown was easy and cheap at weekend. Overall great stay, property as advertised and well priced compared to others in the area. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect Auckland location.

This comfortable apartment is perfectly located with easy walking access to the harbour, downtown, and a wide variety of restaurants. While it is in the heart of a very active entertainment district its 4th floor location and deck are quiet and private. The owner provided personal check in service which was unexpected but appreciated.

This property is in Viaduct Harbour. It is very close to everything including the grocery store, restaurants, and many activities. The live music during the weekends did not bother us. We actually enjoyed the free music while having wine on the balcony. The property manager responds to every question and inquiries quickly. We will reserve this property again when we return to Auckland.
