Springcombe Sunset is a tranquil, coastal retreat designed for easy living. Set high on the cliffs above St Heliers, this beautifully renovated beach house offers sweeping harbour views, golden sunsets and the gentle rhythm of seaside life, all just moments from cafés, coastal walks and the beach.

Spread across two light-filled levels, the home sleeps up to 7 guests and blends spacious interiors with peaceful outdoor living. The lower level features a grand entrance hall, casual living space that opens to the garden and patio with spa pool, and a master suite complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Downstairs also includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a full family bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Upstairs you’ll find panoramic ocean views from the open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a study nook, a queen bedroom and an additional powder room. Both levels offer balcony or garden access for soaking in the coastal air.
