This recently renovated apartment looks out over Auckland CBD and towards the harbour. As part of the Metropolis building this apartment benefits from access to the onsite pool and gym. A perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of city centre.

Guests have full and private access to the apartment as well as the gym, spa and pool at the Metropolis Hotel.

We're happy to answer any questions you have about the local area. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by texting or emailing. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
- Please be respectful of neighbours, no noise or additional visitors after 10pm
- Please remove your shoes in the apartment
- Check in is between 3pm – 10pm. If you require a check in after 10pm there will be a surcharge of $100
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the swipe card a replacement fee will be charged.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
