Located in Audenge, a town in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, our cottage is the ideal starting point for exploring the area's wonders: its beaches, oyster ports, picturesque villages, and unspoiled nature. Nature lovers will appreciate the numerous cycling and hiking trails that will allow you to explore the Domaine de Certes and Graveyron, the Leyre Delta, and the coastal path. This comfortable house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and offers a modern and welcoming interior. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant and worry-free stay. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living/dining room, two bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area, our house guarantees peace and quiet, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, while remaining close to local amenities and attractions. You'll enjoy the sunny terrace for your al fresco meals and can also relax in the landscaped courtyard in front of the house after a day of exploring. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and electric heating in the bedrooms and bathroom. The price includes bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. There is a parking space for a medium-sized vehicle in front of the cottage or in front of the cottage on the very quiet street. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
