Quaint property great location

Sophie was a great host and responded promptly to any issues we had. Good value. Great location. Perfect as a base in Tavira. In summer I’m sure the garden would provide welcome shade.

beau logement , bien situé , bien aménagé, vue magnifique propriètaire à l'écoute . Seuls bémols ; des endroits pas très propre à l'intérerieur et un extérieur un peu négligé ( allée , chemin d'accés et voisinage)

Nous avons passé un court séjour dans la maison de Cyril. Le logement est bien situé entre les 2 caps avec un accès autoroutier à proximité. Idéal pour rejoindre rapidement Boulogne ou Calais.La maison est très bien équipée, au calme (en retrait de la route).Bref, un bon séjour !

propreté: calcaire ds toutes les casseroles,autour brosse WCterrasse pas entretenue,feuilles mortes

Bémol : chien du voisin "Etoile flamboyante" aboie toute la journée en l'absence de son maître,jusquà 21h30, meme si sa porte de terrase est fermée. Heureusement que le temps nous a permis de quitter la maison la journée et de profiter de beau cadre de la région pour balades a pied et à vélo. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Pas de petits commerces à Audinghen, seulement une boulangerie.

Niet zo rustig als verwacht....

Vooraf en ook tijdens de vakantie prima contact met de verhuurder, reageerde ook altijd snel op onze berichten. Dit verdient zeker een dikke tien. Ook de inrichting van het huis was prima, alleen misten we een tweede toilet boven. Erg vervelend als je midden in de nacht de trap naar beneden moet stommelen, maar geen onoverkomelijk probleem. Helaas hadden de buren twee honden die vreselijk blaften. Ook poepten ze buiten op het terras en dat bleef gewoon liggen. Buiten op het terras verblijven was de eerste dagen onmogelijk, je hoefde maar een vinger te verroeren en er werd geblaft. Daarna hebben ze de honden meer binnen gehouden maar ook dit was geen succes, ze slaan echt op alles aan. In de tweede helft van de week werd er soort van verbouwd bij de buren, kwam de rust ook niet ten goede. Middagdutjes werden regelmatig verstoord. De huizen zijn sowieso erg gehorig. Jammer genoeg is het huis woning nummer 3 in een rijtje van 4 en zelf wonen we ook in een twee-onder-1-kap woning maar dit soort gehorigheid zijn we niet gewend. Het buitenterras zou iets meer aangekleed mogen worden en iets verzorgder mogen uitzien, het onkruid schiet tussen de planken omhoog. Samengevat: goed contact met de eigenaar, huis goed ingericht maar gehorigheid en honden zeker geen succes.
