A craftsman style custom executive home in sought after Rhodes Farm community. Homes in Rhodes Farm (including ours) frequently rent to fortune 500 companies and executive guests. We have rented to the same guests (Wednesday -Monday) for the past 5 years. We are making our home available for Masters practice rounds (Saturday-Wednesday). The home has an open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout the main level, granite in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Our home has a large kitchen with custom wood cabinets and commercial appliances (Thermador). There is plenty of room for outdoor entertainment on the large covered front and back porches. Wood plantation shutters are located throughout the home. Home is professionally decorated with Stickley and Lexington-Bob Timberlake furnishings throughout. The home features a billiard room equipped with an Olhausen pool table. All bedrooms are adult decorated with a private bath.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Augusta Canal. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms.
