The breakfast "nar" was excellent. Bezt of any hotel i have visited. Room was very clean. However tje room was noisy tonoises from the hallway.

The room was clean and big for my husband and I and our 4 kids . The lady with tattoos that checked us in was beyond happy and friendly. The breakfast was amazing!

Love the holiday inn beds, soft enough to get a decent sleep. We have stayed at this property 3 times. Staff seemed unhappy this time around, but they all did their jobs and were polite. There aren’t a lot of choices in Waterville and I would stay here again. Breakfast was pretty nice, and the location is convenient to Colby. Would consider adding a half star to all the categories if that was possible, but since the property is beginning to show its age I don’t think it is fair to oversell it.

It was a clean, simple, nicely appointed room. It was quiet. Only one night. Breakfast is included and was pretty good. I'd say overall it is a 4+ star rating, hard to rate it excellent when it is Holiday Inn Express.

The pool was not clean and had an awful smell. The staff was very limited. Asked about lost and found at 7:30pm and was told to check back in the morning because there was no staff with knowledge about lost and found at that time.
