This cozy, eclectic retreat is ideal for families, groups, and traveling professionals and is located just minutes from downtown Augusta, the medical district, hospitals, dining, and entertainment. This home is located near downtown Augusta, specifically the medical district. This area is ideal for those needing quick access to the Master's tournament, medical district, students/families of students attending the Medical/Dental College of Georgia, those attending entertainment at the James Brown Arena, Miller Theatre, and for those just wanting to enjoy Augusta from it's center.

You will have access to the entire property. There is parking for 1-2 vehicles as well as street parking on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not block other neighbor's driveways.

Laurel Charm is newly renovated and furnished. This light and eclectic 3 bed 2 bath home is full of character and charm. The updated kitchen features new appliances, there's a covered front porch, a fenced yard, and the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on. The home is located close to the medical district, restaurants, entertainment, and historic sites within Augusta. It also offers easy access to Fort Gordon, the Augusta National Golf Course, Savannah River Site, and more.

Augusta is best enjoyed with the use of a personal vehicle.
