This is my home not a motel. Cleaning fee is for normal levels and any excessive cleaning required will add extra fees to the guest after check out.
Only persons included in the booking are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized extra persons will result in extra persons fee that guest will be responsible to pay host.

The river house is incredible. It’s hard to describe and these pictures don’t do justice. But I love this place, and, I will be back! Rented downstairs (smaller/cheaper) for The Masters 2024. Met the guys who had booked the Main House and that place is even more incredible. You can really escape here, get some work done surrounded by God’s beauty and the natural peace of the Savannah River. Activities — kayaking, fishing, swimming, propane grill, golf balls to practice driving. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. KJ is a dream owner/landlord and a fantastic and available communicator. Potter and MJ (local) take care of anything. Highly recommend. 21 out of 5 stars.
