609 West Lake Circle is a beautifully renovated four-sided brick home in the West Lake neighborhood. The home is conveniently located on a quiet street near the Fury’s Ferry gate, making access to the tournament, restaurants, and other attractions quick and easy.

The home has four bedrooms and three and a half baths with a full bonus room that could serve as a fifth bedroom. The master is located on the main level and has a king bed and updated attached bathroom. Also located on the main level is a renovated kitchen with unique breakfast/socializing counter with 6 bar stools, a formal dining room, living room and family room. Off of the family room and kitchen is a brand new outdoor living space. The outdoor living space is a 42’ by 14’, equipped with wood burning fire place, heater, TV, sofa, chairs and full dining table as well as a Recteq and Kamado Joe. The outdoor living space overlooks a spacious private backyard that is beautifully landscaped. An outdoor Ping Pong
table can be set up at renter’s request.

The second level offers three bedrooms and a large bonus room (or fifth bedroom). Guest Room 1 upstairs has a king bed and attached private bathroom with a spa shower. Guest Room 2 has a queen Bed. Guest Room 3 (usually our office) will also have a queen bed. Guest Rooms 2 and 3 share a roomy, fully updated hall bathroom. Also upstairs is a large bonus room pictured with 2 twin beds. A queen bed can be added to the bonus room or replace the two twin beds. Also in the bonus room is a sofa, recliner and 65” TV. *Access to the bonus room is through Guest Room 3 (pictured as the office).*
