Outdated rooms. Unfriendly staff at both check in and the lounge. Pool, steam room and spa closed for that week, which should have been mentioned at booking in a message from the hotel and was the only reason I booked there.

Great room, and the spa with the pool and hot tub was a pleasant surprise. The only problem is that the heat didn’t ever turn off, so I needed to open the windows to cool down the room.
