This cozy cottage comfortably accommodates up to Eight guests with Three spacious bedrooms featuring 1 full and 1 queen bed on the main level and two twins and a queen upstairs that is located in a bonus room which also includes a convenient desk for remote work. Gather in the large living room, where a 50" Smart TV and ample seating create a perfect space for unwinding with friends or family. Enjoy meals in the inviting dining area or make use of the quaint kitchen, equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and oven.

Step outside to discover a delightful patio, ideal for evening relaxation under warm string lights. Whether you're exploring the vibrant Augusta wine country or simply looking for a cozy retreat, The Marigold Cottage provides an unforgettable stay in this beautiful Missouri town.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $300 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
