The cottage is arranged on two levels! - On the ground floor: kitchen with dining area, large living room (fireplace with insert, table football), laundry room (washing machine and dryer), separate toilet. - Upstairs, distributed around a corridor: 3 bedrooms each opening onto the covered gallery (1 double bed 140cm + small private shower room/WC) (1 double bed 140cm and, on the attic mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase, 1 single bed 90cm) (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm + private shower room/WC), bathroom/WC. The house is not heated and can therefore only be rented from May to October. - Unenclosed outdoor space, swimming pool (5x10m) secured by an alarm and surrounded by synthetic grass beaches. Courtyard in front of the door with possibility of parking.
