Most staff seemed nice some seemed unfriendly. It took me a while to get my room. The sprinkles were not on for the kids pool until requested. The weekend breakfast was good but I did not consider it a buffet.. The weekday breakfast had burnt omelettes and sausage. Rooms were clean.

Excellent stay! The entire experience felt like an upscale resort. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Immaculate accommodations. High-end elements such as linen, bedding and decor. Full breakfast with a multitude of options, freshly prepared onsite. Both the kiddie pool, with its frog slide and water features and the regular pool were invitingly warm. Not to mention the hot tub…Everyone from all ages enjoyed themselves during my visit. From the families with small kids visiting for a cheer competition. To the lovely senior citizen lady I met during breakfast, who brings her grandkids every few weeks since she discovered the place during her son’s wedding in 2008. I’m definitely hooked!

Room was a bit dated and showed wear. But it was clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was not good, but not sure I’ve ever slept on one that was. The pool was decent. The hot tub’s jets weren’t working and the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. The breakfast area and lobby/dining area is beautiful! Check in and out with the app was absolutely flawless!

The room was clean. I had a king suite and the TV in the "front" room did not allow channels to work. I called the front desk, and the gentleman stated that they were sort on staff, so he offered some ideas to fix the issue. I unplugged it and it came back on correctly.
