Ground floor + 1st floor: stay care kitchen (1 sofa bed 2 pers.), Wi-Fi, washing machine + dryer common, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1 pers. including 1 raised / 1 bed 2 pers.) with private bathrooms (shower/wc), electric heating floor, terrace, private enclosed garden. Large dining common on the ground floor of the House with relaxation area. Aussois ski at 300 m, Norma 10 km, Valfréjus 17 km. The 17th century country house renovated to 300 m from the slopes. In the heart of the old village on the edge of a charming small place. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Lots of charm. Nice landscaped garden with terrace. All amenities on site. Located 300 meters from the slopes of Aussois, charming village resort with its ski area of 80km of slopes and 19km from the Orelle gondola for Val-Thorens/3 Vallées (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Many other benchmark ski areas nearby: La Norma 10km, Valcenis-Vanoise 16km, Valfréjus 17km. 500m from the Nordic area between Aussois and Sardières (30 km of cross-country trails) and marked routes for snowshoes. Ultra privileged location to radiate in summer and winter on different massifs & resorts including the Italian side (skis, hiking & cycling). Many mythical passes! Proximity to Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel or via the Mont Cenis pass. At the gates of the Vanoise National Park with magnificent walks and hikes. Important baroque and military heritage including the Esseillon Forts classified as "Historic Monuments". Breathtaking views and landscapes. Ideal for a relaxing, sporting or nature stay with the family!
