Important Things to Note

• This is a single-level unit within a duplex. Your space is fully private, with a separate unit located upstairs—occasional sound or neighbor sightings are possible.

• Parking: 1 private spot is available at the back of the house. Paid street parking is available at night. Please plan accordingly.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet up to 25 lbs is allowed per stay. An additional $75 pet fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in a dedicated laundry room. A laundromat is also nearby if needed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

This would've been 5 stars across the board but there was 1 thing that was a reason we picked this rental over others; it had a washer and dryer.Upon arriving, the washer was a front loading one, notorious for mildew and mold if not cleaned and dried properly. This was the case with this washer to the point we couldn't use it to wash our clothes since the would be moldy smelling after a 'wash'. It seems this might be known to the cleaning staff since the towels had a very strong smell of bleach. In the end, we couldn't use that feature of the rental. I made the issue known to the rental company / owner but no resolution happened while we stayed. They did refund some of the cost of rental as a token, but I would've rather have had the issue resolved when mentioned.Otherwise, the property and location is FANTASTIC and was clean aside from the washing machine and towels issue.

I was very disappointed with the condition of this property and felt the listing was misleading. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear the house's exterior had not been properly maintained or cared for in some time. The outdoor areas were covered in leaves and dust to the point that we had to rake and blow both the front and back areas ourselves just to access and enjoy the space.One of the biggest issues during our stay was that the WiFi was completely down for the entirety of the trip. This affected not only the TVs, but also the electronic lock system, making entry into the home unnecessarily complicated. To take work calls I had to walk to a cafe.Additionally, several basic supplies advertised or expected for the stay were empty or unavailable, including propane gas and cleaning supplies.While we were aware that this is a single level unit within a duplex, we were surprised by the lack of privacy. The only separation was a glass door and all movement and conversations upstairs could be heard. After meeting our neighbors, we discovered that they shared all of our concerns.We were never contacted by the host/owner. Our communication was entirely with VRBO support, that was not able to help us.Overall, the property did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the lack of maintenance, missing amenities and lack of communication and response, made this a frustrating experience.
