Hotel is falling apart. Toilets are run-down and do not flush. We moved 2 rooms and saw that they have the same problem. You can hear other customers repeadtely flushing. There are weird sounds coming from the plumbing. Elevator seems ancient, jerky, noisy and struggles to open/shut.

For $500/night I’d expect complimentary coffee and water at minimum and really should include breakfast. Even Comfort Inn offers free bottles of water these days, but this place has a smart water bottle in the room with a price tag of $5. There is just one small coffee stand near the lobby where we had to wait 15 minutes for a drip coffee. Common areas and grounds are nice but rooms are desperately in need of updating.
