it was a great stay! rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and the VALET guys killed it! our cars battery died and they helped us by charging our battery and being very patient with us. thank yall! will be back.

There was constriction next door so from the room and restaurants a constant drone of heavy equipment and use of a jackhammer could be heard starting early in the morning both days of the trip. As a bonus, the second morning there were window washers cleaning the windows early in the morning with a not so light touch that sounded like knocking which of course was a bit of a surprise for a 7the floor room without a balcony.

This was a fabulous hotel on campus. We were able to eat at the hotel, walk to the events on campus, and then drove around Austin for exploring. We will definitely stay here again.

Just a gorgeous, wonderful property. Tim at the front desk was super helpful. The Carrillon Restaurant should have James Beard award! Mind blowing cuisine. Just wow. Make sure you book here when you're in Austin

New construction behind the hotel. Construction starts promptly at 8 am, but dont worry you wont sleep if you facing the tower. The metal plates covering the road sounded like gun shots going off all night as cars drove over them. 3 night stay, 3 nights no sleep.

Staff was tremendous and the breakfast buffet outstanding. Everything was wide open with beautifull decor. Great darkness curtains and simple TV usage. Only criticism was very small shower but toiletries were excellent. Very convenient location to campus and parts of capital. Very welcoming pick up/drop off front of hotel. Doorman and frontdesk staff friendly and inviting. Prices not excessive and a value with VIP comps we received.
