The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and maintained. The pool was clean and maintained. Breakfast was okay---typical fare for a motel. The breakfast bar was clean and maintained. One ice machine didn't work, but they had another. I was well pleased with my choice to stay here.

I did not even stay. I booked a room because our family was affected by the storm and flood in Austin. We had no lights or Internet for almost 3 days. Our groceries went bad. I couldn't work those 3 days. We booked a room and what do you know the day we book a room our lights come back on. The room wasn't even booked for 2 hours and I never checked in. Expedia said Days inn refused to give me money back Days In. Said Expedia said that I said bad things about the hotel which was untrue. They said that it was up to Expedia for the refund because I booked it through Expedia. It's just a horrible situation. I offered to show both parties proof of my situation and neither wanted proof nor cared. I won't use Expedia or Days Inn ever.

Me and my family were robbed of 82 dollars. We were victims of the storm in Austin. We had no electricity no Internet since I work from home I was out of work 3 days. Our groceries went bad. On the 3rd day we decided to book a room not even 2 hours after we booked I cancelled because everything was restored. Our vehicle was also damaged in the storm. We never checked in. Expedia tried to get the refund back from the manager and the manager declined. The manager out blame on Expedia saying it was up to them. Expedia opened a case that several people worked and they said they tried their best but the manager wouldn't give me the money back even knowing my situation. I even offered to show proof. It's very unsettling it's cold hearted and it's just not moral. I hope no one stays at days inn by Wyndham in round rock.

The hotel was clean and in good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. No problems were encountered and the location of the hotel is conveniently located near lots of points of interest. I would stay here again.

Second time I am staying at this hotel. Everything is perfect: room are comfy and clean, pool is refreshing and well kept, people are very nice, helpful and smiling and breakfast is very good. I didn’t expect that much for that price. Will definitely come back !

100% amazing experience

Harmony helped with my check in on night 1 & she made a fantastic first impression that will ensure that i keep this days inn in mind any time im in town. She was incredibly helpful, informative, & efficient. Definitely deserves a raise! Maria helped me extend my stay the next day & she was great as well. Very patient, helpful, & did all she could to make the process seamless. She deserves a raise as well! Honestly, everyone I've encountered here has been super friendly. I never felt like i was bothering staff when i needed assistance. They were all so welcoming. The room was clean & spacious. Plenty of pulliws & towelswere provided, as well as youtube/netflix on the tv. The shower had great water pressure & the temperature was perfect for my needs. Overall, I'd be happy to visit this location at any time.

I like that it was convenient to get to things to go and shop and eat but the water in the sink ran slow and the AC was not really cold and the shelf to hang things the anchors did not stabilize it so I couldn't hang any clothes on the rack!!
