This is my personal three story 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home that I occasionally rent out when I am out of town. It is a 15-20 minute walk to ACL located 3 minutes from MOPAC and 5 minutes from down town near the Barton Creek Mall. It sits at the top of a hill in a very nice neighborhood. This house has the ultimate Man Cave game room/home theatre with pool table, pinball, video games, and wet bar. Private deck off the master bedroom and huge first floor deck with fire pit.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Barton Creek Square Mall. Laundry facilities and an arcade/game room are available. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants and downtown Austin. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The house was comfortable with modern amenities, and had an incredible entertainment space on the first floor. Was a perfect destination for formula 1 weekend and enjoying Austin in general.

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. Or family group of 5 had a great time here. Great location, very spacious, and great entertainment. Host is very thoughtful and responsive.
