Unbeatable Zilker location! Walk to TONS of eateries and fun. Only 1.5 blocks to Lamar Union Shops and Alamo Drafthouse movie theater. 10 houses from Zilker Park, Barton Springs pool , Barton Springs restaurant row and food trucks. Walk or bike to downtown Austin and Ladybird lake / hike and bike trails. Beautiful part of the neighborhood with wide streets and established trees. So close to all the best of the city yet lives like a peaceful retreat.

AD Stenger (local architect) mid-century modern 3 bed 2.5 bath ranch house plus dedicated office and carport/storage shed with spare fridge. Loaded with authentic details and modern conveniences. Private fenced backyard and patio off of the kitchen, large primary suite with vaulted ceiling, walk in shower and double vanity. Spacious laundry room w/ extra closet. Stainless appliances, gas cooktop, refrigerator with H20, quartz counters, tankless hot H20, central heat & a/c.

Primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has a daybed that pulls out to a king. Current furnishings include pieces from West Elm, CB2, Casper, Five Elements, etc.

Pet application required to approve pets and there is a pet fee. No aggressive dog breeds and no cats.
