Everything about our stay was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfy with a great view of the Sunrise/Sunset on the Lake. The only thing we didn’t like was the $50 fee for Parking PER NIGHT with no other options to park other than in their garage.

I was here for business for a night and it's a fun place to stay especially for adults! I told my husband we need to go back just the 2 of us! The pool is super cool and great views in the lobby and my room. Only negative was noise from either surrounding buildings or the hotel, like music at an event. I put on my noise maker and fell asleep right away and easily. I enjoyed my stay.

The customer service was great and the location was close to everything you’re looking for in a stay in the downtown area. You’re within walking distance of many attractions but you can avoid a great deal of the hustle and bustle that the city experiences. Plus you’re able to request your vehicle via text/app and even tip on there. That’s very helpful.

My BF , dog and I came into town for a concert and only stayed one night , however we were impressed and have decided to make this our hotel when in town. If I had one complaint… the handheld shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere, and maybe around the mirror there should be a tad bit more lighting. There wasnt a QVR code for me to look at the menus and there are no directions on how to work things in the room…, so maybe adding a info brochure on the hotel, TV, menus etc would help travelers. But its a beautiful hotel and we will def be back.

We stayed two nights for our anniversary. Our room was big and the hotel was close to everything. Rides to the restaurants and other places we went were $7 or less plus Rainey St is right behind the hotel. Check in and check out was simple. The only blemish, if you could even call it that, was the water pressure was a little low and the water took a little too long to heat up. I would stay here again. It was a great value.
