Welcome to the Central Austin Oasis with Pool, a stylish 4 bedroom 3 bath retreat in Central Austin with 6 plush beds, a full workspace, and a second living area for added comfort. Designed for both relaxation and connection, the home flows seamlessly to a private pool, BBQ, and sun-soaked patio perfect for gathering. Thoughtfully appointed interiors and serene bedrooms create a boutique-style stay, just minutes from Austin’s best dining, shopping, and culture.

When you arrive at the Central Austin Oasis with Pool, you’re welcomed by a carefully styled entrance that sets the stage for your stay. On the first floor, the bunk room with three twin beds sits alongside a full bathroom, while the main living area brings everyone together. The kitchen opens seamlessly into a bright lounge, and from there sliding doors lead straight to the backyard.

The pool area is the heart of the home — a private retreat framed by lush greenery. Spend your days cooling off in the water, stretch out on a lounger with a book, or gather under the shade for long conversations. The BBQ grill and outdoor dining table make it easy to turn afternoons into relaxed evenings, while the firepit sets the scene for late-night gatherings under the Austin sky.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, with two guest rooms featuring a queen and a full. A second living space provides a quiet retreat, complete with a leather sofa, large TV, and a full workspace equipped with multiple monitors.

Pet-friendly and thoughtfully laid out, the home balances leisure and comfort, making it equally suited for family vacations, work-from-anywhere stays, and weekends spent poolside with friends.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

The garage is not available, and most closets will be locked. Dressers are provided in the bedrooms for clothing storage.

We value your privacy and will not disturb you during your stay. However, we remain available and responsive should you require any assistance or have questions. Your comfort is our priority.

This home is tucked into the heart of one of Austin’s most beloved central neighborhoods, Crestview. The area is quiet and residential, lined with tree-shaded streets, yet just minutes from the action. You’ll find local favorites like Little Deli, Violet Crown Wine Bar, and Brentwood Social House right around the corner, along with cozy coffee shops and laid-back breweries. With easy access to Burnet Rd, Lamar, and Hwy 183, you’re a quick drive to Downtown, the Domain, or UT campus, making this the perfect spot to experience Austin like a local while still enjoying a private retreat.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.

Our goal is to provide a great stay while also respecting our neighbors and keeping everyone safe.
1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by the Host.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.

3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.

4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform the Host of any damages or broken items noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest`s stay.

5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify the Host of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.

6. PETS - Please clean up after your pets, in the house, backyard and front yard. Guests are responsible for pet safety around the pool. Do not allow you pets into the pool, or onto the furniture.

7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $1,000.

8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.

9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.

11. POOL - Swimming is at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. For your safety, no diving or jumping into the pool is permitted. Please do not run around the pool area.

Please keep all glass and food away from the pool, and clean up after yourselves.

Please keep noise levels to a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.

Do not tamper with pool equipment or attempt to adjust pool settings.

If there are any issues with the pool, or anything is broken and/or spilled into the pool, please contact us immediately.

12. BBQ GRILL - If you plan to use BBQ - please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety. The BBQ grill is in the backyard and is propane gas operated. We ask that Guests clean up the grill after each use, including pouring out the drip pan. Failure to do so may incur a grill cleaning fee of $100.

When finished using the grill, please ensure that the propane valve AND grill burners are shut off. Failure to do so may damage the property and Guests will be held liable for any damage that result.

13. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.

14. PARKING - Guests may park in the driveway. Free street parking is available. Do not park across the street on the bike lane, as you will get towed. Do not park in the driveway to the right, leading to the back house - this is not our house nor our driveway.

15. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. The Host does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests` stay. It is the Guests` responsibility to immediately notify the Host of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Host`s ability.

The Host is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)

*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.

16. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
