Come enjoy this modern home in Leander on a quiet tree lined street.

The home accommodates up to 6 guests. Large master bedroom with ensuite bath. There is parking for 3-5 cars and EV charging is available (small fee).

Only a short walk to Starbucks and other shops and a short drive from the family friendly Lakewood park with boating, fishing and playgrounds. Less than 30 minutes from downtown austin, round rock, cedar park and other major areas.

The space
This is a unique single story house with a large master bedroom, a cute fireplace, ultra modern finishes and a large yard. DIRECT access to the highway and close to coffee, shops and restaurants. All hard surface flooring, no carpeting.The open floor plan allows you to connect with everyone from LR, DR and kitchen.

You will not be bored here. Lots to do. You have shopping, dining, events, historical sites, etc all within 10-20 minutes drive. TV's have major network channels through Hulu (no cable), Netflix and Amazon Prime. Very fast Wifi access throughout.
