It was within walking distance of so many things, like the bars and music to the Riverwalk and then all the way up to the Capitol. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the drinks at the bar were amazing. The booking gives a square footage of the rooms, but I didn’t realize how tiny they are until we walked in. Barely any space to put luggage or counter space for toiletries and my biggest complaint was that the bed was super firm and not very comfortable. If you like firm beds, then it might be fine but I Was not comfortable. If I was only staying for one night, it would be doable, but multiple nights was rough.

it's a do it yourself experience and after a long day of travel you just want room service, there was none, and a concierge to help you with information, there was none, no iron in the room, it was a ironing room with practically no lighting and you must stand in line if you want to iron your clothes. Bed is next to window so if there are 2 people, one has to jump over the other one to get out of bed. breakfast eggs were horrible. and that was the only protein for vegetarians. coffee was not good either.

Great except for parking

Great hotel with nice social amenities including grab and go and a great bar. Parking and checkin were a cluster of confusion. Shelling my duffle all over city blocks was annoying. Should have valet or onsite parking.
