4/10 Poor

Nope.
Let me be clear—we didn’t actually wind up staying here, and walked out after about 10 minutes. We are a middle-aged couple with no kids and travel frequently. And we’re used to staying in luxury hotels with a professional staff and lots of amenities. This hotel is not that. The main drawback is that they have no parking, which, in the city of Austin, is not an option we want to risk. (Our car was once broken into.)
They also have no reception desk or traditional staff to speak of as far as we could tell. The only person who spoke to us was a guy in a hoodie, and he looked almost surprised that anyone wanted to talk to him.
However, if you’re in your 20s or 30s and want a space where you can work on a laptop and actually talking to anybody isn’t really a priority, this might really work out for you.
