It’s very stinky and nasty place in Austin. I check out a day before my reservation. All the furniture is very bad. The room is stinky the bathroom leaking water and it stinks. The breakfast is very bad.

Our experience at this hotel included laying down on the bed to find that it was soiled with urine. It was soaked through the sheets from the previous guests.

While there was nothing wrong with the property, you can tell it needs some care. The furniture in the lobby is worn out, elevators and hall walls felt unkept. Room was in good order. You get all the non-stop traffic noise from I-35 on rooms on that side of the building. Hot breakfast was good.

My wife has physical limitations and when we checked in, the front desk made sure we got the most accessible room. Rooms were huge for the price and us and our 2 adult kids were comfortable. Breakfast was basic eggs, sausage biscuits, waffles etc, but quite serviceable considering it's included.
