The hotel was in a convenient location right next to the freeway and I think it could be a good hotel if maintained properly. Here are the things that were broken in my room: blinds didnt open, broken light bulp in bathroom, missing glass bottom in microwafe, only decaf coffee in room, lotion dispenser in bathroom was empty, and no coffee for breakfast. Also the hispanic girl at the reception wasn't all that friendly.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Due to sheer exhaustion we stayed. The toilet was really dirt, the TV and dresser stand had stains all over them. The sheets and bedding were clean but the sheet had an iron burn area on it. It was a highway facing room and you could hear every sound from the highway. There was a bug in the bathroom and evidence of dead previous bugs in the bathroom (legs and wing carcass left behind). When we tried to move the next day because of various issues they were completely booked up. I understood that, it was a race weekend, but at over $300 a night in there should have been some sort of room discount offered or something. The food was okay but limited. Overall, the staff was the best thing this hotel had going for it. They were nice and tried to be helpful. I would not recommend staying here. There’s better hotels in the area. The only reason we stayed was due to the limited occupancy in the area due to the F1 Race and the Garth Brooks concert!

I had a confirmed paid booking. On the day of, I called them to let them know I would be arriving late. They found my reservation said no problem. When I landed in Austin at 12:30am on Friday night, got an email that said my reservation was canceled. Called them and they said the hotel was oversold so the system automatically canceled my booking. No apology and said they would find me a replacement. I chatted with hotels.costumer service and they said the same thing but. Pups not help resolve the situation.

The property and its staff are nice, especially for how affordable it is. It’s convenient to the airport but kind of difficult to get anywhere else if you’re not renting a car. Ubers are always available though!

Hotel is a good place to stay in that location. A little rundown with the couch being sunken in and the chairs in the breakfast area peeling off. No daily room service so you have to ask for supplies and towels. But it was a good stay.
