We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

Enjoyed our recent stay. Pros: Great location in very nice neighborhood. Excellent communication from host. Wonderful private deck that backs up to woods. Very comfortable memory foam beds. Nicely remodeled kitchen & baths. Cons: On street parking. Many steps leading down to unit making it hard for older folks. No railings on stairs inside unit. No dressers in bedrooms to store clothes. Not enough hangers in closets. Toaster doesn’t work. Only one bath towel per guest. Would think twice before staying here again all things considered including the cost.

The property looked just like the pictures online. However there’s a lot of steps to get down to the door. It did show in the picture only 1 sofa & a chair. That seats 4. Why have a rental property that sleeps 6 and only enough seating for 4? Others were sitting on kitchen chairs to visit with family. Not very comfortable.And only 1 towel was left per person. I understand the cleaning crew doesn’t want a bunch of towels but if you’re there for more than 2 days, plan on doing laundry. The dishwasher worked once you figured out you had to flip a switch next to the sink, but really, couldn’t it have been labeled?

Beautiful location, nice home for our family while visiting Austin for the first time. Close to stores, coffee, access to all parts of Austin. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Kids loved seeing lots of different wildlife as well.

Wonderful host Peaceful Retreat

This home is set in a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and green space in the back. It felt very much like a retreat, as I watched many deer pass by the windows, however only a short drive from downtown. Host was responsive and supportive throughout. Check in was simple and straight forward. The home was spacious and tastefully decorated.
