Overall the property was great for what we needed and meet our needs for the weekend. We were in town for a family wedding in the downtown Austin area. The location was very convenient and within a 15 minute drive to get there. We also spent free time down at Barton Springs Creek which was also fairly quick and easy to get to. The inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. Beds and sleeping arrangements were nice and the bonus room was also nice and helped the group spread out if needed. Outside patio was nice but the remainder of the backyard could use some cleanup. I rated as a 4 vs. 5 as there were some minor issues inside that if addressed would make the rental excellent. Overall we were happy with our stay!
