- Max number of guests [4] and is non-negotiable due to the fire code.
- Pets are allowed with an additional $100 fee per pet. Not to exceed 30 lbs or 2 pets. Please clean up after your pets as additional cleaning charges may apply.
- You must be 21 years or older to rent this property and present for the entirety of the reservation.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Parking is available in spot #15 in the covered parking under the building. Please ensure you are parked in your designated area. There is also street parking available on a first come first serve basis.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors.
- Please do not leave any personal items on the patio.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
