Took forever for someone to acknowledge us and room was so hot even after turning ac down all the way. Please dont waste yalls time staying here..it smells so bad that we had to go buy candles and room spray for it

We were a family of 4. They provided 1 towel and gave attitude when we requested 3 more, yet there was a signs stating how much they would charge us if we took pillows and towels blankets….. There was a sofa bed with no bedding to be found. Stains on one bedsheet. Holes in the doors and walls. Torn shower curtain, no water pressure and only cold water. Walls are paper thin, could hear traffic from the road. Elevator was filthy and had no signage that it has been inspected. AC made a crazy loud noise all night. Never again.
