Summary:

Welcome to this inviting, unique, remodeled home just less than 10 minutes from Zilker Park and other top Austin attractions. This luxury home has everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing retreat or hanging out with family and friends. The private backyard can be enjoyed with a book or to soak up some sun.



The Space:

The living and kitchen area are filled with an abundance of natural light along with the view backyard space. Along the kitchen, there are four spots for sitting and eating. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, and other items. Please inquire if you have any questions!



You can access the outdoor patio from the living area.



The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, dressers, and mirror. There is one large shared bathroom that has a spacious shower along with a closet. This bathroom also includes the amenities of towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hangers, iron, and iron board.



The second bedroom has a comfortable a queen beds and third bedroom has a twin bed with a desk. These bedrooms also share the same bathroom in the hallway with the Master. This bathroom features a spacious bathtub with a showerhead and curtain. Amenities include towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. The washer and dryer are located through the kitchen.

I had a few snacks like the padlock went defective, but the host was very gracious and made sure that I was still able to access the property with a key. I even needed to extend my stay and they made that happen quickly and easily. I was a little bit, surprised that there was no microwave there so I purchased a new one and left it for the next visitor because I used it a lot. Love the washer and dryer and the king size bed and the really large TV! Nice and cozy would absolutely stay here again.
