Our stay at this cozy studio was great. The place was clean just as it was listed. The communication prior to check in was timely and explained very well. Check out communications were great as well. Parking was easy and the yard was nice for our puppies. I wished there was a porch light on the back porch but it did seem to have one. We used the light from the bathroom window for some light in the back yard. This is no fault of the property owner but future renters should be advised of the location of this studio. It seems to be located in the heart of where a large population of students live. On Friday night the Frat house across the block and another home down the street were having very large Rave Style parties. The music was loud when outside but once inside the Studio it was not that bad and we were able to go to sleep without any issues. Saturday evening was pretty calm with minimal loud music that ended around midnight. Maybe we were here during a special event? The location is perfect if you want to be close to the university, student life or walking distance to restaurants and bars. The noise didn't bother us (and we are an older couple) but it may bother someone else expecting a studio in a quiet neighborhood. The Studio still gets a great rating because the loud music may have just been a one off weekend celebration of sorts. I would stay here again.
