This suite was professionally designed to lift your mood and help you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Every detail was carefully chosen to create a space that’s both easy to enjoy and relaxing.

Located with quick access to downtown and the highway(183). It’s a launch point for Austin adventures or just unwinding.

This suite is attached to our primary residence, but you will have a separate entrance with a private driveway (1 car). While the suite shares walls with our home, there are no shared doors. You also have a dedicated AC/heating system.

The designer who created this suite helped us prioritize the feeling of delight and believes that where we stay should be where we feel comfortable and relaxed. We hope you feel that way in this space!

The house also incorporates non-toxic design and sustainability!

The door features an August lock (no key required) and is accessible using app or keypad.

We`ve structured an experience that minimizes interaction with us unless there`s an urgent need (such as a plumbing issue). For any questions or concerns during your stay, we`re just a message, text, or call away, ensuring your convenience and peace of mind.

In a quiet residential neighborhood. About 10-15 minute drive to the airport (depending on traffic) and just 15 minutes to downtown!

Bike (15-20 mins) or drive (5-10 mins) to famous Austin coffee shops like Palomino and Greater Goods. Drive 15 minutes to iconic restaurants like Franklin Barbeque and Salt and Time.

5-minute walk to the Southern Walnut Creek Trail. The multi-use trail is a beautiful twisting and turning maze of trees and foliage and is the city’s newest recreation resource for hikers, joggers, and bicyclists. The 10-foot-wide concrete paths are designed to accommodate a variety of users.

If you`re in town for music, it`s only a 20-minute ride to music venues like Moody Theater and the Paramount Theatre. For sports enthusiasts, the suite is a 10-15 minute drive to Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium and the Frank Erwin Center. Only 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas (COTA).

Our location provides easy access to major highways and transportation hubs, making it a breeze to explore other attractions in the Austin area. Whether planning a day trip to the enchanting Hill Country or exploring the bustling South Congress Avenue, the suitel serves as a perfect home base for your Austin adventures.

We recommend you use a ridesharing service (Uber, Lyft) or have a car for your stay. The closest bus stop is a 10-minute walk (6401 FM 969/Craigwood stop, lines 237 and 339)

We prioritize your safety and comfort. Our cleaning process is thorough. Duvet covers, linens and towels are freshly laundered for every guest. We sanitize the entire space meticulously, focusing on high-touch areas like switches, handles, and appliances.

FAQ

Is noise an issue?
The studio is connected to the main house, but the shared wall has extra insulation.

What is the parking situation?
Driveway parking is available, and street parking is free.

How do I check in?
The day before your reservation, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code.

Is a Pack n Play Available?
If you let us know ahead of time, we can have a pack n play and/or high chair at the house for you.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar, then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
Due to allergies, we are not able to host pets.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
The space is too small for extra guests.

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We can arrange an early or late check out. The fee is $20 per hour up to two hours. We use V.nmo for this (@PB-Austin)
