We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fairmont. It is a beautiful property that is so tastefully and artfully decorated. The staff were friendly and professional. We could stay on site and enjoy a variety of food and drink options, or easily go out. I highly recommend staying at Fairmont.

There is a lot of construction happening in the area. The breaking up of the concrete was quite loud one morning. Valet was quick, but don’t use the service expecting your EV car to get charged. Ours was only charged one out of the three nights requested. Beds are only made with a comforter. Requested a top sheet one evening, only for it to be removed by housekeeping the following day.

Telephone system AI receptionist doesn’t work took 20 minutes on hold to order Room Service at 10:30 at night and they finally delivered my dinner at 11:50 over an hour and 20 minutes to wait and the steak was cold potatoes everything was cold and was disgusting. I can’t believe they even offer this level of service at a five star hotel very disappointing
