Needs attention to detail…

The stay wasn’t bad overall, just a lack of attention to detail regarding cleaning of our room before check in. Unfortunately our puppy found some large pieces of broken plastic, Bobby pin and dust bunnies galore under the beds and of course tried to eat them all. Behind the nightstand the plugs were covered in dust as well. Also there was a clump of hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom. When I took out the pillow from the closet and out of the storage bag, there was a black hair on it. The property may want to consider moving the furniture to deep clean every 6 months.
