I only stayed one night, but it was still a pleasant visit. The main highlight was the room! The only downside was that my tv remote didn’t work the first night for me to watch anything outside of the Marriott Bonvoy channel.

The room was great. The day we were checking out we had no hot water. We didn't call the front desk because we were getting ready to leave and I was going to let the front desk know. Well the lady was very rude, said I should have called immediately since someone else was probably going to stay in the room. She was also rude when we checked in, could not answer any questions I had, how much of a deposit are you placing on my card, are you using the deposit to pay for parking, things like that and did not bother to find the answers for me. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the room did not smell fresh, the air was still. I was able to get the issue fixed by turning on the fan/AC. For those who are not heavy sleepers, beware that the soundproofing needs to be improved. I was able to hear the person next door walking around the room, opening cabinets, water running, and people walking through the halls.
