Great location!
Pros: Fantastic location off of Rainey St. and the river. Only a ten minute walk to the Dirty 6th bars. The view from the condo was spectacular! There’s a beautiful rooftop pool on the 33rd floor (we went in November and the pool was shaded until about 1:30pm). The condo has an ice machine which was nice! The front desk was very nice and helpful with holding our luggage before and after our stay!
Cons: This condo is a 1.5 bath. Not a 2 bath. It should be listed as a 1+ bath and then noted in the description that there’s only 1 shower. I brought this up to the host and they compensated me, which was great. Upon arrival, there was open candy/chips above the stove from previous guests, as well as a stain on the comforter for the pull-out bed. Pull-out bed was uncomfortable. It was much more comfortable to sleep on the couch than the pull-out bed. They only stock 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and 1 laundry pod. We had to pack extra toilet paper in our luggage for the 5 of us who stayed for 4 nights. There was only 6 bath towels for the 5 of us and no towels at the pool, so luckily some of us packed pool towels to use. It was convenient using the in-unit washer and dryer for our towels.
Overall, I would recommend this condo, and these are just minor things that I hope helps future guests.
