The walls are thin so you hear everything in the hall, and I was woken up by security in the middle of the night that my TV was too loud for that reason.

I just can’t get over the fact that I double booked the reservation and they refused to credit me for the unused reservation. I was for three rooms for $1,400.00. I will never stay at a Hilton or use Hotel.com again. Extremely poor customer service. The event planning organization that members of my family are affiliated with have been notified to pull the Hilton properties off their list as an option for their event planning options. I have found JD Marriott sites far superior.
