Friendly staff, clean lobby, good breakfast with a variety of options. Room had a musty smell and could use some repair. Very uncomfortable sofa pull out with a very thin mattress. Room was spacious with lots of seating.

The water pressure was not working. When I called the front desk, they offered me 25% off my room. However, when I called my booking agency, they called the hotel, and the manager did not honor the discount that I was told would be given. I was very disappointed in the team not following through on their word.

Room was ok. Broken tiles in shower but everything was clean. Had a loud party until after 11:00 in the pool area one night. No hot water for 2 days because the boiler was being replaced. Had sounds of hammer drills going late in the night The night after the party.

The staff was very curtious. The room was clean, it was obvious the hotel was order, there were some cosmetic issues on the walls. Overall it was clean, the bed was comfortable and that is what I was looking for. No free parking. Parking cost $35, which i did not like.
