I always book to Pay at Property and the card on file is Locked for security reasons due to previous fraudulent charges. Once I arrive at hotel, I pay the stay. This was my 2nd time at this hotel and had excellent service last time so decided to stay again. We arrived at hotel past midnight to be told my reservation was cancelled due to declined transaction and time limit was at 3pm. I NEVER received phone calls or emails advising of this. I even received an email at 8ish pm asking to rate my check in. I showed my call log to the personnel showing no missed calls. What I believe is that my room was given to someone else and I was left without a room. Unfornatently there were no more 2 queen bedrooms and I was not going to stay without a room because I had my two daughters with me and it was past midnight. I had to get a more expensive room ($100+ more) for a mistaken that was done on their part. I will not stay at this hotel again.
