Good, but beds are full size, not queen

Everything was good except that what was advertised as queen size beds were actually full size beds. I have experienced such problem before so I called to ask about this before booking the hotel & I was assured that they were queen size, only for me to arrive & find that they are full size, not queen

I stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The staff were very friendly and professional, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. it seemed like proper attention wasn’t given during cleaning. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited options and missing basics like jam and butter. This was disappointing, especially for a place that seems to cater to travelers expecting standard amenities. It’s worth noting that construction was going on all over the city, causing heavy traffic and making it difficult to get around. While not directly the hotel’s fault. With a few improvements, especially in housekeeping and breakfast variety, this could be a much better stay.
