Great communication with the host before and during our stay here. Easy check in. Sparkling clean upon arrival. Fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Cozy patio to enjoy coffee, watch the sunset and relax. Quiet building and pleasant neighbors. There is a warm fireplace by the pullout couch. Don’t forget to play in the arcade after you walk the beautiful trails. Enjoy! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

25th Birthday Celebration

I booked the stay to celebrate my son's 25th birthday. If possible, the property was even nicer than the photos. It was incredibly clean with a great layout. Everything was incredibly comfortable, especially the beds! The large porch was the favorite spot for converging and lounging. The kitchen was great for cooking. While I missed having a grill to use, there is a communal spot nearby (the Hilltop Smokehouse) that has a gas grill, wood smoker, picnic tables, fire place, and bathrooms. Karl was incredibly responsive. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again with the family!

Eclipse Condo

We very much enjoyed staying at Karl's condo! The whole family was impressed with the cleanliness and interior design, as well as the quiet neighborhood and relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated the use of the garage. The coded door lock made it easy for keyless entry. We took advantage of the pickle ball courts and pool. Even though the lake is down quite a ways due to drought, the kids enjoyed swimming in it and there are plenty of boat rental opportunities. Overall a great place to stay.

Quick family get away

We did a quick getaway with our family. His location is perfect for seeing the Texas hill country. The unit is clean and communication was quick. The arcade machines were a big hit. Beds are comfy and all items are high end.

Memorial Day Weekend 2023

Condo was excellent. Checked all the boxes for a lake Travis stay and then some. Karl was extremely helpful and accommodating (even offering use of garage) to help parking. Highly recommend for a getaway to the lake!
