Great Downtown Austin Weekend at Hotel ZaZa!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay with you this past weekend! The location was perfect, our room was lovely, and the service we received was exceptional. We especially loved the hotel pool vibe and the signature cocktail selection from the pool bar and the hotel bar. The turndown service was also a very nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel pool and restaurant were great! The hotel was nice, our A/C went out in our room and we had to move rooms. The 2nd room had a working A/C but no view from the window. The staff were all friendly and helpful!

I love Zara and always have a great experience. My only comment/criticism is that if you are not on one of the very top floors, the street noise can be very intrusive late at night. I know the hotel has no control over it but it is definitely an issue.

We have stayed at ZaZa many times. Big Anniversary stay for us. Mostly good experience but our AC did not cool. Important in June in Austin. We informed front desk upon check out. They “noted” it.

A little quirky in a good way. Good mattress and great shower. Shampoo etc overly perfumed - yuck. Coffee and tea available on each floor and cool drinks and cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. Nice touch!
